1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on our website are digital and non-tangible. Once a product code, key, or digital item has been delivered to the buyer, it is considered used and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- The digital code or key has been delivered successfully.
- The product was redeemed, activated, or used.
- The issue was caused by customer error (wrong region, platform, or version selected).
- Unauthorized use of your payment method after successful 3D Secure or OTP verification.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
- The delivered product is invalid or non-functional, and verified as such by our support team.
4. Dispute & Resolution
If you face any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at shop@infinity-gamestore.com.
We will review your case and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of your Infinity Game Store account.
